National Overview 1.1 - 1.3

1. National Overview
Section 1 of the survey is intended to provide the EMII officers with valuable background information. This information will assist the EMII Officers in preparing for the programme of meetings with the Active Partners and also inform the preliminary work on the Business Plan and Culture 2000 application for the future development of EMII. This section is designed to enable you to describe the specific conditions and organisational structure in your country through a combination of structured and free text fields.

Information can be submitted as it is gathered. For example if you already have details of relevant national or state legislation in relation to museums this can be submitted immediately. Answers to the remaining questions can be submitted later by returning to this form. Similarly, you may change information previously submitted via the form.

Please refer to the guidance notes under 'How to complete this questionnaire' for further details.
